Quality and feed safety
We plan and manage our production processes on the principles of feed safety, quality and traceability. From raw material intake until the product is ready for shipping, critical control points, monitoring methods, responsibilities and record-keeping are defined.
At our Adapazarı Feed Mill, a feed safety management system established and documented according to the ISO 22000 standard is in place. Our Samandıra Hatchery B-Grade Egg Packaging Facility also has an ISO 22000-certified food safety management system.
Under our HACCP plans, prerequisite programmes, operational prerequisites and critical control points are monitored regularly. Analysis and inspection results are evaluated, the effectiveness of the system is reviewed continuously and the necessary improvements are made.
Before our products reach our customers, we make sure the hygiene and quality checks we have set are fully completed.
Environmental policy
As we grow our production, we care just as much about our environmental responsibility. Beyond complying with legal requirements, our main goals include using natural resources efficiently, reducing waste, increasing recovery and keeping environmental impact as low as possible.
To this end, we use natural resources and energy efficiently. We reduce waste at source, separate it and send it for recovery. We assess the environmental impact of our facilities and investments at the planning stage. We take the necessary measures to prevent pollution and reduce environmental risks. We set measurable environmental targets and follow up on the results regularly. We encourage our employees to be aware and active on environmental, health and safety matters. We carry out our activities in line with the environmental legislation in force and our related obligations.

Quality assurance
We achieve customer satisfaction through safe, high-quality and compliant production at every stage of our activities. We continually train our employees in parent stock and chick safety, hygiene and quality, and we work with our suppliers in an efficient and controlled way. Our broiler day‑old chick, broiler hatching egg and pullet production is covered by our Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certificate.
